Elissa Hurley
Founder and Director
Elissa Hurley, an Orange County native, is a dedicated special education teacher with five years of experience. She earned her degree in Human Services from Cal State Fullerton before pursuing both her teaching and master’s degrees in Master of Art of teaching at Brandman University. Holding credentials in both Moderate/Severe and Mild/Moderate education, Elissa is passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Norma Van Horn
Co-Founder and Co-Director
Norma Van Horn, a Southern California native, brings a strong background in management and administration within the corporate sector. She earned her degree in Psychology from Cal State San Bernardino and leverages her organizational insight and people-focused expertise to drive teams toward success.
